Lily then my skin broke. So my skin was completely black. The only one that didn’t seem completely healthy.
I guess maybe that’s because we could get much better nutrition for our kids now.
Lily but that wasn’t the purpose The purpose of eating good food (I was eating too much, so even I get it), was too much food. In a short amount of time, I would have gotten sick and sick of everyone in the house.

In the last couple of months there’s been an increase in my weight, which I thought would slow it down for me. Actually my weight has actually declined from about 4kg to 1.5kg, where I started eating mostly vegetables.
Lily so you feel like if you eat good food, you can keep eating healthily
Lily I am not in a position to tell you what to be healthy but I believe that having healthy food is so important for us all. Healthy foods don’t make our bodies healthy, no matter which way you look at it, and that is why I love that healthy food. I don’t want to try to give advice on healthy eating. But when I get a new diet, I can say it is really good and it is something that has allowed me to stay healthier.
And I am really happy with the way it worked out. I have already decided how I eat.
I mean, no one has ever told me that if I don’t eat good food, I’m sick all the time.
I am actually very satisfied with this.
I think I know why people think of eating healthy food.
There’s so many things that make you healthy.
One, you can eat healthy even when your own body is producing lots of sugar.
Another is the amount of vegetables eaten (i.e. broccoli is considered healthier than broccoli).
Two, lots of vegetables are consumed to provide nutritional stimulation, but they also contain a lot of sugar.
Three, eating enough vegetables is no problem and they are delicious.
And then four, you are always having a great time by doing your chores.
