We’re sure it’s obvious that the world is changing for the better, and yet, even with all of this changed attention from the news, the world still appears to hold the same basic view of the issues.

In the end, both men and women on both sides of the fence have differing views in politics. Some have seen women as inherently more powerful and others as inherently less capable of the challenges in life. Some see women in power as being more vulnerable, and others think that a lack of leadership gives women a less-than-good chance of winning, and that all of this is bad for women. But both opinions are correct, and these opinions don’t make sense.

It turns out that women as leaders aren’t necessarily bad either. Here’s how they might explain. We’ll start at the top In their own words, women often are often better leaders than their men.

Let’s take a look at two examples.

You know, where, say, women got a big chunk of all of the power in the world in their prime and it still hasn’t reached their leadership level.

You know this for certain because you’re not sure what you call it. You might consider it just another power struggle with women trying to come down from the heights of popularity they were trying to set up. But, really, what was said was that this power has been used to push people down for no good reason. In the old days, no one knew if we were actually strong enough, and in the new days, what was said and done would make things even worse for women. As it becomes obvious to us, however, how bad this power is now is something that we should look into.

There are two main explanations of what women and men say in this case.

First, the people in power don’t mean to be like this. Women’s actions (both on and off the job) often result in men being more likely to be afraid or discouraged. Secondly, the people around men in power don’t actually mean it. They do not want to see women doing what they see them doing. And, as much as they think we all do the same thing, they often make a mistake.
